Q1. What do we need to bring with us?
A1. Bring up to date vaccination cards plus any medication and/ or special dietary food.
Q2. What happens if a dog gets sick?
A2. We have a vet on call at any time. Our priority is the dog’s health and safety.
Q3. Security
A3. All dogs are kept in their own kennels and outdoor runs separately but will have contact through the fences at all times.
Q4. Do dogs go for a walk?
A4. We exercise the dogs in 6 large paddocks with high security fences and have access to water and food, weather permitting.
Q5. Can I bring my own food?
A5. Yes, we normally provide food but if a dog is on special diet, we recommend that you bring your own food and advise us of his dietary history on the day of arrival.
Q6. Do we take dogs of all ages?
A6. Yes, just let us know when booking if a dog is very old or a young pup.
Q7. Can we come for a look around?
A7. By appointment only normal viewing times are Saturday morning between 11 and 1.
Q8. Do you take dogs on medication?
A8. We do take and administer medication to dogs as per instructions from vet.
Q9. Worms and flees dosing?
A9. Please ensure dogs are regularly dosed for worms and flees (not normally done by vet). If you have difficulty, please advise us so we can help.
Q10. Opening hours?
A10. Opening hours are from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 5pm – 6.30pm, 7 days a week.
Q11. Do I need a collar with my dogs name?
A11. Due to new regulations a dog must have a collar and the owners contact details and dogs name.
